The generous waist area can be styled loosely or sinched tight; allowing it to sit well over both tight or loose fitting undergarments. Can be worn with little underneath as a well ventilated dress in hot conditions. It has 2 invisible pockets on the sides, and an adjustable waist tie to style as desired.
